Setral's new grease SYN-setral-INT/300 is specially designed for ejector pins, bolts and sliding elements.It solves the lubricating problems which are normally experienced in production.

The grease allows an extremely high number of rounds, up to 300,000, without re-lubrication or damage to tooling. The grease is stable up to 300+ ° C, and is ideally suited for the production of transparent, white, and black parts as well as for pharmaceutical items, sealing areas between two metal faces and for soft metal pairings before the hardening process.

The thin high-performance lubricating film is extremely stable against aggressive condensates and avlids grease transference via the ejector pins onto the plastic parts. Even tools designed for 'dry running' can now be lubricated, for example in medical technology.

The advantages result in lower spoilage rates, reduced maintenance and increased life-time tools.
